Swiss Gardens - Pioneer Childcare
We provide a daily After School Club during term time at Swiss Gardens Primary School for 4-11 year olds attending the school. The children choose between a selection of fun activities based around sport, games, arts & crafts and free play.
We run the Swiss Gardens After School Club from the downstairs hall and outdoor playground areas.
The children all come together for High Tea, where they choose from a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, bagels, wraps, vegetable crudités & fresh fruit.
Our staff team includes qualified teachers, skilled sports coaches and experienced childcare professionals.
With options for booking on a regular or ad-hoc basis – we’re here, as much or as little as you need us.

Meet The Club Manager
Callum
Club Manager
Hello, my name is Callum and I am the Club Manager at our Swiss Gardens Afterschool Club in Shoreham. As the Club Manager I’m passionate about creating a safe and fun environment for the kids after school.
I joined Pioneer in April 2021 as a Sports Coach and prior to this I worked in the mental health support industry.
At Afterschool Club I strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and respected and allow the children to make new friends where they might not get the opportunity to during school.
I love to do the sports activities with the children encouraging them to focus on their teamwork and honesty in sports to create a much more fun experience for everyone.
During my time at Pioneer Childcare, I have received training and hold a certificate in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding, Prevent, FGM and Allergen awareness.

Our activities
We offer children choice and variety across our range of indoor activities including sport, games and arts & crafts. We enjoy additional access to the playgrounds, field & outdoor areas – meaning we have plenty of room to further extend our range of exciting activities.
We are constantly monitoring and supporting the children, to ensure everyone has been well fed with a variety of options available to keep the children engaged and enjoying themselves whilst in our care.
