What to bring to Holiday Camp

Please can your children wear appropriate clothing including warm clothing and all weather coat and shoes.
A refillable water bottle.
Please either provide your child with a packed lunch or add a ‘grab bag’ to your booking.
All children MUST BRING 2x snacks for morning and afternoon break

NB: Please remember all our Holiday Camps are Nut Free. Please do not send your children into camp with any food that contains nuts.

Please ensure your child/ren is collected by 5pm, unless you have paid in advance for the extended hour session (available only at Manor Field and Harlands).

We will only release your child/ren to the account holder or anyone listed in your Emergency Contacts.

Simply log into your online account to add a family member or friend to your list of Emergency Contacts if necessary.

Please sign in any medication at drop off. Medication must be in the original packaging.

Harlands Pioneer Holiday Activity Camp

Parking Instructions: Strictly No Parking on the school site. There is plenty of free on-street parking around the school entrance, but please be mindful of the school’s neighbours and their driveways.

For late drop offs and collections please call the club mobile 07718425121. Don’t use the school intercom system.

Manor Field Pioneer Holiday Activity Camp

Drop off / Pick up information: Enter the school grounds via the main school entrance on Junction Road. Please drop off and pick up at the white building, to the left of the car park.

Parking Instructions: Parking is available on site. Please be aware that this can be busy around drop off and collection times.

St Wilfrid’s Pioneer Holiday Activity Camp

Drop off / Pick up information: Please enter the school premises via the main gates, head through the wooden gates on the left into the KS1 playground and walk around the back of the school entrance to the blue door.

West Hove Infants Pioneer Holiday Activity Camp
