Head of Education and Welfare, full-time
Are you a qualified teacher or someone with a childcare qualification and experience of managing a team?
We cannot place too high a value on the skill and experience you have developed during your time as a childcare educator. This role will allow you to use your skill and experience to help educate, nurture and enrich the lives of hundreds of children.
As Head of Education and Welfare at your club, you are responsible for the entire club. Looking after around 30 children each day, you and your staff team will deliver an extensive and wide range of activities, to give the children enriching and rewarding experiences.
Following our curriculum of six core values, you will have weeks, months – years, to plan and deliver sessions that help the children grow into the most incredible 11 year-olds they can be.
Club Manager, full-time or part-time
Some of our smaller clubs benefit from having a Club Manager instead of a Head of Education and Welfare. As a Club Manager you will still have overall responsibility for the running of the club and managing the staff team, however, this will typically be a smaller team with fewer children.
We have created clubs and management roles that give you the opportunity to:
- Work with young people & make a difference
- Have a varied and rewarding job
- Help children overcome adversity and make genuine, meaningful progress in their lives
- Have fun!
We have created roles which treat you as a professional, giving you the scope to decide what is best for your children, how fast to move them along – and when to put everything down and just have some fun.
By providing a highly competitive salary, together with 12 weeks of holiday a year, you will be provided with the perfect work/life balance to commit fully to your role, ensuring you have the necessary time to rest and recuperate so that the children get the best of you.
