During term time we provide breakfast and after school clubs that aim to nurture, educate and enrich the children attending.
Our Manor Field club runs from standalone double-classroom unit at the front of the school, which provides ample space for a range of art & quiet activities, and we are able to set up a separate dining area.
We also make the most of the outdoor playground areas, to run our fun activities for the children and the use of the large sports hall.
During every school holiday, Manor Field Holiday Activity Camp offers non-stop fun for children aged 4-11 years old.
Every day children participate in a selection popular team sports, group challenges and art activities.
We run from the same familiar space, helping children to settle quickly into their holiday childcare routine.
Our experienced team includes qualified teachers, skilled sports coaches and experienced childcare professionals.
With options for booking on a regular or ad-hoc basis – we’re here, as much or as little as you need us.

Hello, my name is Dom, and I’m the Pioneer Club manager at Manor Field School in Burgess Hill.
I’ve been at the company since April 2018 and in that time, I’ve worked in many of our fantastic settings across Sussex. My first role with the company was Assistant Activity Leader here at Manor Field, so becoming a Club Manager has been a big full circle moment for me and a massive privilege.
Whilst working at the company, I have completed a degree in Sports Science as well as a teaching degree in Physical Education.
As you can imagine, my favourite activities to run are sports and active sessions. I love seeing everyone get energetic, work as a team, and have great fun! Exercise is medicine for the mind, body and soul and there’s nothing better than seeing the smiling, happy faces of the children after a great sports session!
Since working for Pioneer I have become First Aid trained, completed several Safeguarding courses as well as Food Hygiene and Allergen training.
I’m always keen to make everyone feel safe, welcome, and comfortable at our club so if there’s anything I can help with, don’t hesitate to ask.
If you would like to discuss anything club-related, please call 01444248427 during club opening hours, and I will be happy to talk to you.
We offer children choice and variety across our range of indoor activities including sport, games and arts & crafts. We enjoy additional access to the playgrounds, field & outdoor areas – meaning we have plenty of room to further extend our range of exciting activities. We are constantly monitoring and supporting the children, to ensure everyone has been well fed with a variety of options available to keep the children engaged and enjoying themselves whilst in our care.
