Fairlight - Pioneer Childcare

During term time we provide an after school club that aims to nurture, educate and enrich the children attending. Our Fairlight club runs from the spacious school hall. We also make the most of the outdoor playground areas, to run our fun activities for the children. Our staff team includes qualified teachers, skilled sports coaches and experienced childcare professionals.

With options for booking on a regular or ad-hoc basis – we’re here, as much or as little as you need us.

Meet The Club Manager

Club manager

Hello, my name is Kaya and I am the Club Manager at our Fairlight After School Club. I joined Pioneer in April 2023. Before this I worked as a supply teacher in a local primary school. I also worked in a nursery for two years whilst gaining my Early Years Teacher Status at Sussex University.

My favourite activity to lead is art – I love giving children the freedom to be as creative as they want and seeing how each of them creates something individual.

I am trained in First Aid, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty and FGM awareness.

If you would like to discuss anything club-related, please call 07925 572 577 during club opening hours and I will be happy to talk to you.

Our activities

We offer children choice and variety across our range of indoor activities including sport, games and arts & crafts. We enjoy additional access to the playgrounds, field & outdoor areas – meaning we have plenty of room to further extend our range of exciting activities.

We are constantly monitoring and supporting the children, to ensure everyone has been well fed with a variety of options available to keep the children engaged and enjoying themselves whilst in our care.
